Training

As part of a complete and comprehensive support solution for VideoFOCUS product, Salient Stills provides in person and online training, in addition to providing online tutorials and comprehensive documentation.

• Initial Training
  We start the support upfront, providing comprehensive training in analog video, digital video and codecs, video evidence capture and retrieval, video forensics and related image processing and video editing principals, in addition to training for use of the application. All customers are entitled to initial training at their location or in or Boston location. There is no limit on the number of people we will train.
• Follow-On Training
  In additional all VFPro and VFSource customers on the maintenance program can join our monthly refresh training courses online. Small groups and personal attention guarantee you will get the information you need. We also provide training at selected trade shows and occassionally at customer locations around the world.

  Typically the sessions last 1 to 2 hours.
